The staff was super friendly and helpful, and we loved the free wi-fi and parking. The locker room was convenient and the 24-hour reception was a plus. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind, and the restaurant served delicious food. The fitness centre had state-of-the-art equipment, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The massage at the spa & wellness centre was pure bliss, and the steam room was incredibly relaxing. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle in the room added a nice touch. We also enjoyed the yoga class and the children's pool. Plus, it was great that the hotel was a non-smoking property. our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The rooms at Burrendale Hotel Country Club & Spa are cozy and comfortable. I loved the fact that there is a private bathroom with a shower, which had free toiletries and a hairdryer. It made me feel like I was pampering myself every day! The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition for me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows. Having a desk in the room was also convenient for me to catch up on some work during my stay. the room had everything I needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

One thing that I personally didn't like was that the rooms had a kettle. I'm more of a coffee person, so I would have preferred a coffee maker instead.

I always stay at this hotel in Newcastle because it has everything I need. The staff helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour reception make it perfect. I'm coming back for Christmas.
